Pigato is the grape in which we invest most thought and energy. It is a Vermentino biotype that has developed original characteristics over time in Western Liguria.

The villages of Ranzo and Ortovero, together with the Albenga area, are the places in the Arroscia Valley where this grape has historically been most popular and where the younger vines produce savoury, exuberant wines which display characteristic aromas of peach and aromatic herbs.
